You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused and unopened
It must be in its original packaging with all labels intact

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  Opened or used perfumes
  Beard & Skin Calming Oil
  Intimate Gel Cleansers

3.⁠ ⁠Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the return process
Returns are completed via courier service.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original delivery charges are RS 350/- and  non-refundable.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 7 Days of delivery
We will arrange a replacement accordingly
